Development agency Heart of Istria is a bussiness support organisation owned by 1 city and surrounding 7 municipalities. It is mostly rural area with potential to implement climate change adaptation measures.

 

City of Pazin (one of the owners) already has Climate change adaptation strategy and plan so in the following period the focus will be on communities engagement, new covenant signature and adaptation and mitigation measures implementation. Also, as a bussiness support organisation the agency is looking forward to provide innovative financing solutions which will bring added value for climate neutral and nearly zero emission projects. The organisation is also focused on entrepreneurship development so community and capacity building is one of our stronger skills.
