The first day of the meeting brought discussion on new challenges, different experiences and best practice of the national capacity projects. This discussion was joined by EC expert Michel Quicheron who took active part and answered multiple questions from discussion participants.

The following discussion was focused on the LIFE Multiannual Work Programme, its evaluation methodology, existing priorities and other important topics. The representatives of the EC and EASME explained in detail the position of the Commission, the goals of recent changes to the Programme as well as engaged in the discussion with representatives of the Member States.
